Glam Trash is Icon Zar´s post-pandemic artistic language, reflecting on consumerism, mortality, and the traces of contemporary culture. By transforming discarded objects such as used coffee capsules, medical masks, table clock, oysters, and property cataloques the artist elevates west into symbol of our collective rituals and desires. The works confront viewers with a satirical yet elegance reminder of what is left behind after we died- material fragments of a society defined by excess.
